"We were exploring the North Maine Woods (NMW) last week. Unbeknownst to us, we had passenger tires on our Jeep (instead of the 8-10 ply recommended for the area). We had no idea, despite our research, that other tires were needed for our trip. We got a flat tire while in the NMW. We put on the spare and camped for the night. The next morning on the way to have the tire repaired we got another flat tire. We were able to pump the tire up with our small compressor (multiple times) to get ourselves to Abol bridge where we called for service. That’s when we met Todd Hayes, owner of the service company. Todd called ahead to Stanley’s to be sure they would still be open when we got there. It seemed like we wouldn’t make it before closing (and no one wanted to work late) so Todd suggested that we buy the tires over the phone. By the time we got the Jeep loaded and got to Stanley’s they were indeed closed and our new, beautiful tires were at the door waiting for us. Knowing that we had nowhere to stay (because we were more than 400 miles from home), Todd said we could drive to his garage and he could mount and balance the tires and install on the car. Because of Todd’s help we were able to get back to the NMW and found a spectacular camp site that same night. Thank you, Todd Hayes, for going way above and beyond! I would definitely use this company again!"

"Would like to let you all know I was 500 miles from home and my camper broke on Golden roads area and we were desperately seeking help. Hayes Wrecker Service was hands down the best! Not only were they willing to drive out there to help but Thomas was absolutely amazing in helping us get our broken camper out from Golden Road area! He did a remarkable job and damn good at it.
