"Lindsay's at Cornish Inn is a wonderful gourmet restaurant with unique takes on traditional favorites. Eggs Benedict with Corned Beef Hash and home fries is outstanding! Lindsay's also has a great Monte Cristo sandwich with perfect french toast, delicious cheese, and apple slices. The hamburger is gourmet level. Steak tips sandwich is very tasty. Everything on the menu is expertly done."

"I brought my family here for their regular breakfast hours after Alex and Lindsay absolutely blew us away with a private dinner tasting. Lovely spot to eat breakfast. My family greatly enjoyed the food. The servers were attentive and polite, and the dining room was beautiful. I had the blueberry crumble waffle special, and it was just delightful."

Situated in the Cornish Inn, it’s cozy and charming ambience and its idyllic setting made for a perfect Maine experience for our 34 guests., Lindsay is an amazing chef and truly the “queen of charcuterie boards.” Using the best of farm-to-table foods, her specially prepared menu included greens with pears and apples, toasted walnuts in a honey fig vinaigrette; chicken rouland with goat cheese, pine nuts, and baby spinach; smoked seasonal vegetables (utterly fantastic); cracked pinto potatoes, all culminating with the best apple pie ever, topped with local Shaker Pond Vanilla ice cream. "Beautiful Inn spot surrounded by old New England historic building charm. The staff are friendly and helpful, the food is great- I recommend the Cornish Bennie, and don't miss out on the mimosa flight- it's so good! The atmosphere is light and beautiful and they have a lovely wrap around porch."

"Lindsay's Kitchen is a staple if you are in Cornish, ME. There is also an inn upstairs if you decide to stay in town. The portion sizes are perfect in relation to price! The quality of the food was amazing and it was all fresh! I would recommend this eatery to anyone that is visiting Maine."
