"Service with a smile at every location I have visited. The locations that are larger have comfortable, clean areas to relax and enjoy or get a little work done. The wide assortment of Torani flavors makes for endless combinations to enjoy."

"I've only used the drive-thru. All the girls are very friendly and speedy. I don't think I've ever had a wrong order. There is usually a wait but that has nothing to do with staff! They are busy! If you like AJ's, this location is probably the best one in the area."

"I think the employees here do a good job but the problem with why it takes along time at this location in particular is because of their braindead clientele. Unfortunately due to it’s location the demographics consist mostly of people who order large amounts of food and multiple AJ’s Rush drinks which seems to take them forever to prepare. If you want a simple coffee order or a quick bite there’s other locations that can whip it out quicker. I do think the staff here does a really good job despite everything stacked against them."
