"Like most of the stores and shops in this particular area, McGovern's Package Store is mainly for locals. This isn't really the kind of neighborhood you want to go exploring on a Saturday afternoon. The employees, at least one of them, are very good people. The guy that owns the place is cheap, so there's not much to look at. Not a very good selection, as most of the customers are only stopping here to get a cheap buzz on. The walls are threadbare paneling like something straight out of the 80's."
