"I was calling liquor stores in your area looking for a special gift for my brother’s 75th birthday. Steve at The Witches Brew pointed me to Provo Liquors to see if they carried what I was looking for. I reached Kenny at Provo Liquors who went above and beyond to help me get it. While they didn’t carry it themselves, Kenny called around and found it and had it sent to them for me to get it. I can’t say enough about their level of customer service in today’s world. Thank you again, Kenny."

"This store does not belong in this town. The selection for beer, cider, and Selzer has gone way down hill. The staff is inattentive. They don't care about customers unless you are a regular. The cashier was talking football with someone who had already paid for a good couple minutes while making me wait. When he was satisfied with his conversation, this rude old man asked me for my ID. He asked how old I was. I am not into birthdays and keeping track, as it makes me feel self conscious; but my 35th birthday was yesterday. He asked me how old I was, I said I don't know, 35. He refused to sell it to me, even with my passport. If you don't like customers being mistreated, look young, have social anxiety, or want to get in and out, bring your business elsewhere. I will never go back."

"Had to stay in Dedham for 8 weeks which was bad enough, but could never get a cold bottle of moscato in this place. I asked the first week, the second week and finally gave up - if it hadn’t been so close to my hotel, I’d never have used them at all - im in twice a week for 8 week and never could they put moscato in the cooler?? Plenty of Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay (cougar juice) but no moscato! It’s a sweet dessert wine it’s meant to be served cold"

"Selection was good and prices are decent. Employees definitely know their products and love to talk about them. Would like to see clearer partitioning between types of liquors, but still easy enough to discern."

"This place has a huge selection of everything! If they dont have it just let Bruno know and they will get it on the shelve! Sometimes they have free tastings that are very educational and who doesnt like some free samples!"
