"A late afternoon stop on a long road trip landed me here at a new Dunkin. The young lady at the counter was very polite and friendly, and I enjoyed watching her prepare my Chai Latte. She was very precise and careful in her movements, taking a few moments longer to get things just right rather than slamming things together in a rush. It was pleasant to sit in a lounge chair to enjoy my drink and donut while reading a book. It was quiet that time of day and the break gave me the recharge that I needed to carry on.
