"0 stars Horrible experience. Buffet food was cold. I usually do the hibachi but they were all filled (new years understandable). So I said I'll go to the buffet. Had my family there. Paid 140$ for 3 adults and 2 kids. But not only was the food cold they didn't have many options and it was lunch time. It wasn't very busy and everyone seemed to be just walking around. They didn't take care of my plates and the waitress was vaping and walking around. I'm really upset that they do automatic tipping. Because 21.00 to tip there was unacceptable ."

"Food was not enjoyable at all!!! Had a party of 9 and order over $250 worth of food and majority of it was in containers!!!! Do not recommend at all, not even duck sauce helped with food, actually the duck sauce was so water down, ewww!!!! Worst experience!!! Went for Christmas dinner -0 negative. I’m from Massachusetts, but never went to this part of the state!!! I was very disappointed!!! I didn’t even like The McDonald up there!!! EPIC FAIL my HOLIDAY was ruined. Should’ve just went to BOSTON"

"When I made reservation the guy on the phone was very quick with me like I was bothering him. I would have canceled but that's where my 10 family members wanted to go. That being said the food was good are cook was entertaining and a good chef. The waiter was nice too. Bill was over $600 with tip . Hope the guy on the phone is friendlier next time. Oh yeah he literally told me not to be late"

Details of my experience: I went to Chopsticks for dinner with my family. We were seated right away, but it took about 45 minutes for our food to come out. Our waiter was not very attentive, and we had to flag him down to get our drinks. The food was good, but the service was slow. Overall, I would give Chopsticks a 2 out of 5 stars. The food was good, but the service was slow. I would recommend this restaurant to people who are looking for a casual and relaxed dining experience."
