"Would not recommend. Terrible experience with an older man there. Walked in with my friend (20yo) who was helping me carry my jacket+backpack. When I showed my license at the register, the guy got so mad that my friend was with me and yelled at us about how it's massachusetts law that we can't enter the store and we need to get out now. He said that it's absolutely not up for discussion. Tbh I was mostly just surprised and said that it was fine and walked out. ????????????????? I get it if they have personal rules for that store but geeeez calm down"

"Small in-town packie, one of the longest standing businesses in Amherst Center. Friendly and informed staff, clean and reasonable prices. Not enough space for huge selection but manages to have just about everything one way or another. If you're in town, its right there. Give Russell's a try."

"BEWARE- There are a few shady people who work here who have overcharged me for my purchase without offering me a copy of my receipt, then when I ask for the receipt I have to then ask for a refund. They also have a faulty ID scanner that scans verified valid ID’s as fakes, but refuse to replace the scanner and instead confiscate customer’s personal property. They know their scanner is broken but refuse to replace it- a really awful, neglectful way to treat customers and an unwelcoming, untrustworthy business all around."
