"I am the only customer in this place and the cashier turns her back and made me wait. The coffee was not made correctly. And the only person who was polite was the young man who made the coffee. Worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been in. The counters are cluttered with everything. No napkins or straws or anything like the other Dunkin Donuts have out for the customers. Very dirty place. Will never return there again. Your employees need a class on customer service. With out customers you all have no jobs"

"I can relate to all the Bad reviews here because having gone here several times a good experience was sadly rare. I understand that they are super busy and give them credit for as hard as they have to work though."

"This is the closest Dunkin to my house and would be very convenient if things were made correctly. If they even have the items I order,which is rare because im told they are out alot,they are usually made poorly. Bacon is raw on sandwiches and side orders are not proportional as well as raw. It appears that the kids that work here have no guidance and just push the orders out to get the customers moving. We shouldn't have to bring the food home and cook it because it's been put through st the very minimum time. Unfortunately I'm going to have to start traveling another 20 mins out of my way in order to get my orders right at a different location. Very upsetting and wish something could be done. I could write a book on my negative experiences here."

"The breakfast sandwich and hash browns were pretty good. The snack bacon was excellent too but could definitely use less pepper. Great place to stop for food and coffee. Thanks."

"Worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Every single time I order, hash browns are literally always burnt to a crisp & desert dry. Biggest waste of money. They are never made fresh and taste like they've been sitting on a warmer drying out for 30 minutes. They have looked like this the last 4 times I went. Even after asking them to make them a lot less crispy and to be made fresh. I wish the employees made sure the food was actually okay before selling it. Honestly a huge scam. Coffee coolatta super watered down and barely sweet. Only one flavor pump was used instead of 2. The food/drink quality at this Dunkin location is consistently horrible."
