"I like this little store. Great selection of wine and liquor… and cheese. They also carry Berkshire mountain bakery baguettes in other breads. Spirited also have beers, sherries, ports… some original bourbons. Very nice people. Pretty good vibe. Convenient parking."
"Great selection of wines and hard alcohol, cheeses, salami and cracker assortments. Nice staff. Very helpful."
"THINK TWICE before buying anything at Spirited because their return policy—or lack thereof—puts the risk on you, the customer. So pray your beer isn't skunked or your wine defective because at Spirited it's not their problem, it's yours, because you bought it. This "BUYER BEWARE" approach led to my money being Spirited away with nothing to show for it but a return trip to the store, a 15-minute wait as the general manager finished eating, and a deep disappointment as he made it clear that THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG at Spirited. If you're unlucky enough to buy a spoiled product from Spirited, I hope you have lots of time and low expectations. Shop elsewhere if you want to buy with confidence. Here's my story: A wine in the case I bought had a crumbling cork and an off taste so I requested a replacement bottle. Because it cost more than $15 the staff had to decide for themselves if I was right or wrong about the taste. I watched as the first taster used his pinky to clear the clinging crumbs of defective cork from the mouth of the bottle before pouring so they wouldn't end up in his glass. He went back to discuss his tasting with the general manager, who was eating, and returned to tell me that I had to wait for the general manager to come out and taste it too. After about 15 minutes the general manager informed me that the wine in this bottle with a disintegrating cork that I had opened a week prior tasted exactly like it should. I was wrong, and apparently unable to tell good wine from bad. So I left $17 poorer, and forever DISPIRITED."
"This is a very well stocked wine and liquor store and now much more serious about their cheese section which is equally extensive. It is not the cheapest but there are specials to watch out for and like all stores now there are some relative bargains stacked near the check out. The staff are helpful but thankfully unobtrusive."
"Wow what a store. Got a panini bought possibly the best tasting chocolate I've ever eaten when paying for panini. Walked around store while waiting for it to be made a huge selection of some really nice booze wine and beer cheese so on and so on. Plus a smaller cheaper selection so you don't have to break the bank. Panini ready ten minutes later had a little picture drawn on box which I thought was funny. Panini itself was absolutely amazing. Employees where super nice as well owner was a nice guy too. I'm in the area every few weeks hopefully this place stays here for good."
