"I ordered the LAGO ESPECIAL. Instead of a seafood dish I got something with chicken, pineapple, and undercooked bacon. I asked our waiter why the fish looks and tastes like chicken. He asked if I said “lago” or “lalo” because “lalo especial” is chicken. So instead of picking up on the issue and fixing it, I was gaslighted into thinking I said the wrong thing. When I check the menu photos here, there is no LALO ESPECIAL under the chicken or anywhere on the menu. Not only did I receive the wrong food, the waiter lied to my face to make me think I was wrong. They have no idea how lucky they are that I am not one to make a scene. Thank you for the horrible experience!"

"This place is so authentic! I’ve visited San Antonio and have had amazing, authentic food there is this place is same level! So hard to find in the Northeast. This place is worth the visit in North Conway, NH."

"Very popular Mexican restaurant with friendly staff, good portion sizes and good prices. We went on a Monday in October and there was a 15 min wait for dinner. We ate at the bar and everything went well, complimentary nachos and beer to start off. Meals were generous and flavors were good. Very happy and we would recommend."

"Really amazing food and amazing portion size! Ordered takeout here on a trip to North Conway and everyone left the food. Molcajete - I'm not usually one for meat and seafood in one dish, but somehow that shrimp and chicken and everything going on here went well together. A really large amount of food here and two of us actually split this. Chipotle Burrito - a really massive burrito and also so so so good! Love the Chipotle sauce that came on the side. I only had a quarter from my husband's but really really loved it all the same! Probably my favorite among all the food we got here. Enchiladas - portion size seemed a little small here because it was just 2 enchiladas and a bunch of the veggies and such on the side. My brother did enjoy it and ended up eating some of the other food on the table to satisfy. Vegetable fajitas - Another good one here. Vegetables are cooked really well and have a lot of flavor. Only downside is that there was quite a bit of a oil in there. Appreciate the fresh tortillas on the side!"
