"The food is great.... when they have it. This particular store sends to cater to the early bird, unless you're getting coffee or one of the modern barista items you're pretty much out of luck laster in the afternoon or evening. I see why Dunkin Donuts got rid of the donuts in the name. The cashier I had did an excellent job, the communication from order to creation was lacking though. Good place, could use some improvement."

"I wanted to order an English muffin, toasted with jam and was told we don’t carry jam any more. I was then charged almost $11 for two small coffees and 1 donut. Done with Dunkin Donuts"

"SLOW! My lord are they slow. On average it takes 20-30 mins to get through the drive through on SLOW days I don’t even bother on busy days. Half the time the coffee tastes burnt or isn’t made right. They never hire enough staff and the ones they do hire seem to be incompetent. It’s coffee how hard can it be!?"

"It's okay not my first choice for Dunkin. they dont have consistency on their Carmel frozen drink sometimes it's good and others its not and there iced coffee tastes burnt alot . Not to long to get your order most of the time tho"

"I was just in the drive thru and there was a crazy woman inside screaming at the two staff members about how she was their boss and they needed to listen to her. She wasn't dressed like she was working (shorts and a tank top) so for the employees sake I hope it was just a random drunk woman in the lobby. If that insane brunette is infact your manager, maybe you should reevaluate your management choices, because I assure you, you don't pay those boys enough to be treated like that."
