"Have been getting all my balloons and decorations every year for my twins and even though I spend way over $80 just in balloons every year this was the first year I decided to go with the free delivery- never again! First off the lady at the store asked me when they needed to be delivered so I gave her the time - turns out that's not the time, but that there is a 4 hr window! So I had to push back the party. I spent over $80 to have balloons blown up that I had to buy online since they didn't have any princess peach (which was over $20). Since I have twins I also had a large expensive dog balloon for my other daughter - so when they finally came to deliver my balloons... after taking the cash tip - oh by the way the dog balloon flew off when putting into her car. She claimed to call my phone which I had not one missed call. She also said she called the store and they can't replace it. Asked for my tip back and she got into her car and took off without giving it back. I called the store and the manager said he never got a call from her and that if I want another dog I need to pick it up. They are not gonna waste more resources to drop it off. I'm done. I'll go elsewhere On top of that the balloons (about 25 or 30) were supposed to be on long separate strings instead tied together in two balls about one foot long. Thanks for adding onto a stressful day all together"

"Had to grab some last minute party balloons for our midnight release at work. Staff was nice and helpful even though I was "one of those" people coming in almost as their closing, but they didn't mind. We had an amazing time celebrating Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom so thank you guys!"
