"There were 3 staff at this location when my daughter and I entered. We were completely ignored while they served the drive thru, exclusively. We didn't even get a "we'll be right with you"....just completely ignored. Instead, we had to listen to them complain amongst themselves about how they didn't want to be there. Just completely unacceptable behaviour. We left empty handed."

This is not the first time this has happened. I understand mistakes happen but as an employee would you be okay with eating this? I also don’t understand how an employee could give this to a customer."
