"Love this store. My Mom broke her arm and I wanted to get her some slip on shoes. Karen was super helpful and found a couple options she loved at super good prices(she’s healed and still raves about her Bogs). My husband stuffs our stockings with great quality snow gear from here yearly. Regarding the previous review stating they didn’t have computers as advertised- a quick read of the door should clear that up!"
"I'm not sure what the other person who review is talking about, since I shop at this store locally... This store doesn't buy or sell used product for their business. Regardless, they're very responsive and reasonable to work with. A quick call and conversation with the owners is all I need for peace of mind of how good they are at what they do!"
"Customers of this establishment should know that this business owner stocks their shop by taking advantage of unwitting sellers on eBay. My experience with this business owner was the first bad experience I had selling my old computers online. It was bad enough that I'll no longer be doing that via eBay. He bought a MacBook Air with it's original pack from me. Prior to bidding, he asked me for some 'discount' on the price. I declined and he bought it at the full price immediately anyway. The moment he received the item, he emailed again saying that a barely visible spot on the screen that only shows during the boot sequence was a deal breaker and I could either give him a discount or he would request a return from eBay (knowing that eBay had a history of favoring buyers over sellers - something I didn't know, having never had such an issue in years of passive selling on the platform). On principle I refused and we took it to ebay. They asked me to refund the buyer which I did, but eBay did not rule that I did anything wrong after they read our interactions. This individual then waited till 2-3 months later to drop a negative eBay review for my account ( which I had already shut down for sales because of the potential for predatory buyers and the lack of seller protection. I sent a long email to eBay corporate on this). Waiting several weeks to drop that review on eBay knowing that would hurt any small/casual seller, and the nature of requests affirm to me that this is not this individual's first rodeo. Ethical and conscious consumers value traceability. That's why some of us buy fair trade and organic products. Visitors to this store should know how the products they ogle are procured."
