The institution is situated in Somerset County, known for being the largest maple syrup producer in the United States. Through a partnership with the Hilton Family, Arnold Farm Sugarhouse has grown to have over 52,000 taps, with plans for further expansion in 2017.
Using modern equipment and traditional values, Arnold Farm Sugarhouse follows the MOFGA guidelines to ensure that their products are organic. With a network of pipelines and pumping stations, the sap is collected from the trees and brought to the main building for processing. Visitors can enjoy a tour of the facility and learn about the maple syrup production process.

"More of a syrup making operation than a store. Went there and found one of the workers (owners)? who gave us a brief tour and sold us a few bottles of syrup. He was very kind and explained the whole syrup making process! That said, don't look for a "storefront" as this is more of a working syrup producing facility than anything else."
