"I am very disappointed about Racial profiling that one of the workers did today. On 07-09-23 around 12pm. The worker who has blonde hair and is overweight saw two black ladies walk in and yelled to my cashier while she was checking out “HEY WATCH THEM GIRLS” Then just 1 minute after a caucasian women walks in. So I then say to the women aren’t you gonna tell her to watch that women too! And she tells me ohh I only said that cause “people” like to come in and fill up their bags and leave. Which still didn’t make any sense to me because that lady had a purse just like the girls did. People need to do better and recognize that ALL PEOPLE STEAL NOT JUST A CERTAIN GROUP OF PEOPLE."

"I have nothing against this party city in general. It's just with Amazon and walmart and the ability to craft this place is overpriced af. Really it's just balloons that are a stand out here. I personally am against using helium for balloons (it's a finite resource) but if it's your thing and you don't care about price they've got some really cool ones you won't find anywhere else."

"Had a store credit receipt for some returns that I had completed. They would not honor it! $48 of merchandised that I returned and I now have no money to show for it. This is actually theft, I have no product and do not have my money back. I am filing a complaint with the state and if this doesn't get a response I will be taking them to small claims court. I will NEVER purchase again from Party City, or recommend Party City to anyone. There are plenty of other options out there with better service. *added after Party City response. This has been addressed with the 1-800 number to no avail. A complaint has been filed with the NYS consumer Protection Agency."

"The sales associates were very helpful and nice. I ordered a number 2 54in balloon and it was going to be huge so they waited until i arrived to make sure its what I really wanted. I instead got the 34in balloon which was big enough for me. My order was all ready to go! Quick in and out!"
