"If I could. I would give this negative 5 stars. My elderly mother in law wanted to send me a birthday gift and requested a basket with chocolates and a balloon to be delivered on my birthday. The florist called and told my MIL it was delivered and in fact it was not. We have a ring camera at each door and never did anyone approach the house. Two days after my birthday the gift was delivered. It was simply a saran wrapped pineapple, a few bananas and some bruised apples. Like no basket. Just a cheap plastic plate and Saran Wrap. No ribbon. Nothing that would make it look like a gift. Embarrassing for any company to charge and deliver for. It was approximately $8 worth of produce. And that might be generous. Then maybe .50 cents for the plastic plate and Saran Wrap. My MiL called her credit card company and had the charge reversed. Rightfully so. Do not utilize this florist for anything, unless of course you hate the recipient. I feel like my elderly mother in law was taken advantage of. Which is disgusting."

"I try very hard not to leave bad reviews for small businesses but the atrocious “arrangement” my mother received the day after I scheduled delivery was unacceptable. She called them immediately after receiving it and they responded that it must’ve been picked up before finished and that they would send a replacement out right away. I’m writing this one week later, no replacement, no further communication. I had to make a separate trip to buy a replacement that actually had flowers elsewhere."

"Recieved an embarrassing arrangement for my brothers wake. I asked for an uncle banner to be placed across it but got a sad unprofessional looking note. It was a pathetic display of flowers compared to what their website shows as ideas. I would’ve been better off making it myself sadly. I called to discuss and got sent to another number with no answer and no where to leave a message. Truly disappointed as we live in Bridgewater and try to support businesses, but clearly I should’ve researched before we chose here."

"My dad wanted to surprise me with flowers for my birthday. But when they showed up a day late and barely alive, no water in the vase, it was just disappointing. He even paid extra for a nicer bouquet and urgent delivery. After I sent him a photo of the flowers, he was really embarrassed. It all just felt like a waste of money. The person I spoke to on the phone hung up!"

"Wish I was able to give it no stars. I received a sympathy arrangement of wilted and poorly arranged flowers in dirty water from this place (Bridgewater Florist). I feel very sorry someone spent money on this and did it with the best intention but were taken advantage of by the store. It is simply disrespectful and bad business practice. They should issue a credit."
