"The food here is reliably good - exactly what you expect from a House of Pizza. Standard fare, plus a few surprises (souvlaki, zucchini fries). But the service is abysmal. Everyone I've encountered has always been pleasant and tried to be helpful, but there are always problems. Orders are frequently wrong, and even more often large swaths of the menu are out of stock (but not indicated as such when ordering online). Wait times are almost always exponentially longer than the estimate. A year and a half ago this wasn't an issue, but service took a nose dive a while ago (many months) and shows no sign of improvement. Maybe the management has terrible luck with remarkably unreliable staff, or maybe the management drives off all the decent workers... but one way or another the constant refrain is that they are understaffed. Every time I order, I end up vowing to myself that I won't order again. I obviously do order again, but that's on me for never learning my lesson. Save yourself some time and annoyance and go somewhere else."

"My coworker and I went in while in New Hampshire on business and ordered a white pizza with grilled chicken and broccoli Thursday for lunch. A very sweet lady came from the back of the kitchen and took our order. She was so pleasant and helpful with any questions we had. The wifi was out so we had to go get cash from an ATM. She was very apologetic. We have had white pizza with broccoli and grilled chicken before from other pizza joints and it was good but this one was amazing. We watched the girl who had just waited on us go to the back and cook on what I'm assuming was the grill all the way in the back then went over and made our pizza. It took approximately 17 minutes for our pizza to come out. It was perfectly cooked. There was just the right amount of cheese and garlic which balanced all the flavors of the chicken broccoli and feta. Any other time that I have had a white pizza it is very greasy and this one was not greasy at all. Our pizza was perfect, the service was wonderful, the restaurant was clean, and the lady doing the front making pizzas and running around doing other duties was absolutely amazing. I wish that I could recognize her by name but I did not catch her name. She had a cute little girl about 12 that was sitting there watching cartoons who called her mom. To "AKA mom" Thank you for making our experience wonderful!!!! we most definitely will be back if ever in New Hampshire again. That was the best pizza and the best service!!!!!"

"Owner very rude to customers does not listen to customers , ordered a pizza With extra topping paid extra, Ask for new pizza they threw toppings on a grill heated them up put them on top of my pizza instead of giving me a new one because she didn't want to waste a pizza by throwing it away and waste money boohoo hoo customer is supposed to be right not the owner being a cheap skate, So much grease on it it took 4 paper towels to get the grease off it to be able to eat but even slightly be able to eat it not fully cut so when you pull the piece off the top ends and everything came off As well they didn't even cut it more than twice these pieces are hooked together never cut "suck" Oh yes the owner offered me a $5 refund for taking a pizza that I didn't wanted no extra toppins she wanted to give me a pizza with hardly any toppins for $5 discount don't think so"

"I’ve ordered here in the past (like years ago) and the food wasn’t great, but we ordered delivery the other night and the pizza was excellent! Loaded with toppings, perfectly cooked and everything tasted fresh and vibrant! We will definitely order again, I'm thrilled the quality has improved so much!"
