"A different tax preparer made an error on my grandmother's tax filing for 2021 according to a letter from the IRS which corrected the error. I was unsure how to proceed with the letter, and her tax preparer refused to help! I Googled tax accountants in Brighton and called Nicholas in spite never having done business with him nor having met him. He was kind enough to advise me on the phone regarding how to appropriately handle the matter! It is a shame that the tax preparer who submitted my grandmother's tax filing for 2021 is not more like Nicholas!"
