"Didn't have want I wanted, but that location was huge just wish it was closer"
"Normal great but one time I was checking out cashier stopped to answer her cell phone. Kept me waiting"
"Terrible service they wouldn't let me return something I bought with a receipt just 2 days prior.. the other one up the street is better I wish I could give a 0 star"
"Isles are always clean and free of clutter and boxes. Employees are friendly and polite. Great selection of products."
"Customer service is just not there thing. Not to mention how unorganized the store is. They have two rows for paper towels at eack end of the store.. I was in there the other day. And while I was leaving, the "manager" (cuz that is all her name tag says), ask me what was in my pockets. I told her a bunch of stuff. I was made to empty my pockets into her hands standing at the doors. First of all I cannot imagine that that is procedure for when someone is suspected of shoplifting. Second, when the "manager"realized that she was mistaken and clearly I had NOT taken anything...she just walked away. There was no apology for accusing me or the way that it had been done. If that is familydollar store policy...that is just so damn sad."
