"I've tried to contact the office directly to speak to someone but you can't leave a voicemail and nobody answers. My husband and I went to get our taxes done and were beyond disappointed with not only the cleanliness of the office but the person that helped us. We were seated with Derek and right away we knew something was wrong. He couldn't get our names right, spelling, DOB or socials right. The honest truth was he was under the influence of a substance. To say the least he was a hot mess. I am beyond sad for this company that they allow this behavior's and trust someone to do some ones taxes. My husband and I got and walked out. I would not recommend this place."

"They are experienced in taxes but after tax season it's hard to reach them if you have a problem or questions about your refund. This is the 2nd tax year I have an issue and mailbox is always full."
