"Virginia and the staff at Tax Lady New Bedford provide superior service ! I’ve been going to the Tax Lady for about 15 years. However, last year because personal issues I was unable to follow through with my appointment so ended up going to H & R Block last minute and I’ll be sure to never make that mistake again. Not only does Virginia and her staff provide phenomenal customer service, you’ll also have a much more personal experience where you can feel that the ladies over there will go the extra mile to maximize your return even if it entails more work on their end. At H&R Block it was clear that they just wanted to get you in and out and you were just a customer, they didn’t care to remember your name or create a long term client relationship. My tax filing fee was similar at both places but although my income and filing status remained the same, my return was 3x as much this year with the Tax Lady than H&R Block. Virginia even noticed the big difference in my return and seen that H&R Block failed to maximize my return and therefore we will be amending my taxes from 2021. I couldn’t be more thankful for Virginia and her staff !"
