"Worst experience I've ever had. Certain "older" tax experts at this office should retire. I'm pretty understanding but this is too much. I've been correcting mistakes throughout the process. Her forgetfulness is too advanced for a professional setting. Her communication skills are worse. I'll pay extra just to be done with this painful experience. You wouldn't believe me if I told you. Maybe HR Block again, but definitely not this Tax Professional."

Worst return I have ever had to this day even though this is the highest paying job I have ever had and they wanted to charge extra for a standardized tax form that everyone should be including in their taxes. "If I could give zero stars I would. My wife and I dropped off our tax return documents on Thursday of last week. We were told that they would be ready by the weekend. On Wednesday of this week, I haven’t heard anything. I had to call and ask what was going on. They even had my correct phone number. It’s now been a week as of today. I just decided they are not professional enough to follow up/ get it done so I walked in and asked for my paperwork and told them I’m taking my business elsewhere. After I get it all of a sudden some worker comes to me and starts giving me excuse: “oh one guy was doing it and then I was supposed to take over but then I went to the hospital“ I’m sorry that he was in the hospital but if this was a professional business they would’ve definitely kept in contact with me and or had someone else jump in and do the return. That is their job... right? So now I’m going to wait and see if they are going to do the right thing and call me back in to get it done and either do it for free or a highly discounted rate for this stupidity I had do deal with. I doubt this will happen so here’s my review for this place. Do it yourselves and save your money. They are clearly unqualified. Oh! And for the record: This year I chose not to go back to the same person I had before in another location in Manchester because we had to go back twice because things weren’t done correctly. So I went to this location and simply requested to have a seasoned agent do them but that was obviously disregarded."
