"Ventured out to try somewhere new and was a bit let down. The food was fine for seat and order yourself. Came with a group of 4 and paid more than I’d expect for basic breakfast. As we were leaving we were told that the next time we came I wasn’t allowed in to give my daughter (clearly handicapped) crackers that we brought with us. Don’t live in the area so won’t be back. Side note: $6 for a side for “cottage fries” (home-fries) in a little dipping bowl…not worth it."

"Michelle is totally professional but so kind. I know I wasn’t an easy customer!! I had never been there before I needed a variety of pastries, and she spend so much time with me, explaining what I should have. I was providing the goodies for a baby shower so a little overwhelmed. The selection was amazing. Michelle help me with that selections. Totally perfect. I would love to try the sandwich menu I’m going to get some thing when I go to pick up the order. I am looking forward to going back in the future. Thank you Michelle and thank you Twist. Good job."

"I went in today for the first time ever. I’m giving 3 stars because my order wasn’t correct. I got a cupcake for my birthday, I asked for the Bourbon cake (chocolate cake, chocolate frosting w/ alcohol infused) & when I got where I needed to go, opened the box realized it was something completely different (white cake, white frosting) … it wasnt great honestly. The breakfast tacos were great & the latte was good. Extremely bummed about the cake."

"This rating is for customer service, not their food. I recently spent over $70 on pastry and they forgot to put the guest of honor's slice of chocolate cake in the bagI. When I called the next day to ask for a refund they told me they could not find my order even though $77 was charged to my credit card. Weeks went by and 3 phone calls with no refund. It is such bad customer service to make a mistake and make the customer suffer for it. No one should have to take a one hour round trip to buy expensive pastry not receive their full order and have to ask more than once to have it rectified. If it was my business, i would have had a substantial gift card in the mail for the customers disappointment, frustration and time. BTW Whole foods has delicious gluten free cakes for 1/3 the price."

"The food was amazing. Service was awesome even dealing with a lage party like ours. The desserts are phenomenal. Hard to not pick them all."
