"In February of this year (2021) I had an appointment scheduled with her for my taxes as I do each year. However, in March I decided to sell my second home and when I attempted to contact her via email, text and via phone calls she never responded.My lawyer that was handling my closing at that time took it upon himself to call her but no response. Then my realtor reached out to her and again no response. Fortunately, I was able to move forward with The sale of my home. However, I still continued to call and email her but again not a single response. This was very alarming to me but I also wanted to give her time because I have been a client for several years.However there comes a responsibility with being a business owner. If something has happened personally all you have to do is just reach out to your clients and inform them that you are no longer capable of rendering the services to them but it is not fair to not respond at all. The documents that I have provided to her a very important and are required for many things in life. So in July 2021, I began the process of purchasing another home and again I was informed that I needed my taxes. Again I reached out to her with no response and then the mortgage person did the same with no response. Enough is enough. I have been very patient and understanding but the same has not been extended to me. Today I had to drive out to her office/home (45 minutes from my home) in order to request my files back. However no one responded and I am still left with no response. I Left a note at her doorstep for her to reach out to me but at this point I will probably have to send certified mail because this is no longer practical. She has severed the client/service relationship."
