"This place needs to be shut down for selling to minors !!! They're the only place that sells Newports in this democrat party controlled state, so you have to smoke one inside the place before you leave, which is fine. The problem is... Someone suffering from alcoholism used someone else's ID to buy butts and since they also sell alcohol he left the place HAMMERED !!! They only care about seeing your ID instead of selling to actual adults. YOU CAN'T TELL IF SOMEONE IS OVER OR UNDER 21 ??? Also, the prices are a complete rip off."

"Although the selection of cigars is great sadly, I did not have the same great customer service as others had mentioned. Instead, the older man working was very rude to me & my adult son. We both entered the humidor to shop for a few cigars. The man working came in and asked if we were done. I inquired about a coffee infused/flavored cigar. The man rudely told me it’s on the top of the box, the boxes are open and the lid is not exposed. Guess it’s too much to point out or make a suggestion?!? My son picked out 4 cigars and then went over to the vape selections and was shopping. The man came up and said “are you done I can’t have 2 people shopping”. I informed him that I was finished and would wait outside as I had already paid. He said “no I have someone at the register too” and pretty much hurried him out. The “customer” was only asking if he left his debit card there and wasn’t spending any money. We on the other hand purchased several nice cigars only to be treated like second class citizens. Since when is this great customer service? As a part time Cape resident, I won’t be back. Instead, I’ll pack accordingly or shop elsewhere. My rating is 2 stars because of the selection. Customer service is zero stars."

"in a society of big box stores, cheap products and poor customer service this business was a breath of much needed fresh air. the owners couldn't be more friendly, helpful and welcoming. very cool vibe, clean, with numerous TV's, good drinks etc. will absolutely go back again. highly recommend!"

"Visited this lounge during a weekend getaway to the Cape from NJ. They had an excellent selection of cigars and the owner's daughter was very attentive and super friendly. My friends and I had a great time here conversating with another friendly patron and will definitely visit again when in town."
