"Bought the incorrect item but could not return because the plastic wrapping was off. Many of their items are covered in plastic. Cost me 7.50 to shop there today. "Great place with a surprising number of recognizable Pakistani products. According to the store owners, the store was opened in '94 by 3 brothers from Karachi. They claim that lamb and beef is slaughtered in Connecticut by Muslims (on further questioning, not by Pakistanis), and chicken is brought from upstate New York. The chickens had their necks attached, which is an indication of halal meat, but not absolute confirmation. Note: As of June 28, there was a non-Muslim employee working there as well, who was handling the meat section."
