However, she took it upon herself to connect with the client several times as well as their extended family and did so in a way that exasperated the situation further. Situation culminated where representative of our company had to connect with her superior to eliminate further confusion. Taxes do not have to be arduous, but their reputation is disfigured from interactions instigated by individuals like Leanne. While her intention may have come from a good place, her execution was embarrassingly unprofessional. I wish I could post her voice message or any of our interactions.
