"We arrived at the drive through to wait in an empty line. They took a while so I went ahead and made a call to the nearby pizza and made an order. There was an attitude from the Dunkin employee for doing this, and they took extra long to serve us. The coffee we ordered came out to be watered down and the company with me did not like the flavor at all yet are not willing to have me walk in due to fear of the service we had experienced. This 1 star is for the dude at the register playing with my order."

"The differences between Dunkin locations can vary pretty significantly based on location, this location is an example of being one of the better locations. Orders are typically correct and served quickly in the drive through. The staff is friendly and thorough. They will usually give my dog who rides in the backseat and LOVES drive throughs a plain munchkin from the window which is a bright spot for both of us."

"I go through the drive through early morning. Who ever works the window is rude. Everytime I’ve been through they seem miserable and have bad attitude. Great way to start my mornings lol! And the coffee was garbage by the way!"

"Twice now I've been there late night and new person to this location/shift has made my coffees with no flavor, I don't know if it's because she doesn't like the job or lack of training but I feel like she's either watering it down or running coffee through machine twice...idk what gives but I've tipped her as well, before finding out coffee was completely off. I confirmed this from other people that I got a coffee for while on break at work, they said it was disgusting and they no longer want coffee from that location. She also handed me order and turned to face away from me while I'm trying to grab my stuff and says nothing, no customer service skill whatsoever, yet I still tried to be nice n thank her. (She appeared to be only person in store from what I've seen)If you don't like your job leave. Your not suppose to make a customer feel like their business isnt wanted and that im a burden for placing an order.I'll take my money n tips elsewhere, if that's her intention on the bad coffees and attitude more than once now."
