"Found Susan through a friend from work I was told Susan was a very good tax accountant. So I thought I would give her a shot. All I can say is great things really she helped us with all our fillings and got our tax refunds back very quickly even in this time of a pandemic. I would Highly recommend her for your financial advisements and tax returns. Highly recommended will use her for all my future tax fillings."

"Similar vein to the stories here. My family used her services this past year but she failed to successfully file my taxes. After stating to us for months that the taxes were, in fact, filed I called the IRS to expose that they were not done so successfully. Now, she is ghosting us at every opportunity and has not returned our documents as requested. I am now using TurboTax to remedy this issue, as I should have in the first place."

"Completely unprofessional has had our tax documents for 6 months and has promised us that the taxes were filed but checking with the IRS found nothing has been submitted. Won't return calls or emails. Went to her office several times asking for our tax documents and she keeps asking for a couple more days and we would have them but we have not seen anything and no follow up from her and now her office window is covered in notes from other clients having the same problem."

"I worked with Susan Cornwall for last few years. I used her for tax return this year. When I did not get my refund and needed documents for refinance, I followed up. She assured me that taxes have been filed. But when I reached out to IRS, I learned that they have been. I had reached out over the text as her voice mail is always full :(. She told me that taxes were filed and she will get me a copy. This is going on for two weeks. I would not recommend this business. I don't know if I will get my fees back either."

She/they are highly organized and were able to take care of out-of-state income tax my first year. And easily. As for the negative reviews, I do not know if or what had happened but my experience has been satisfying."
