Nobody came even remotely close to helping me get my taxes straightened out the way Donahue did if you need any kind of help with your taxes save yourself time and go to Donahue by far the best tax guy around hands down."

"I’ve been doing my taxes with Mark for about 3 years. Last year 2019 my mother and I went to file taxes with him and noticed the amount wasn’t a lot hence to what the paper was stating. He has a woman the works there you can barely understand her accent, my mother went somewhere else and ended up getting $3,000 more then this service. I called this year because I didn’t feel comfortable with the last tax person and he RUDELY shut me down. Filing taxes is all business. Someone should definitely investigate their operations on doing taxes. Let’s not even say how they openly talk to each other in front of guest about other people’s PERSONAL financial hardships. DO NOT TECOMMEND"

"Mr. Donohue, Wish I can give new moon and not stars! Contacted Mr. Donohue based on great reviews. Emailed him twice asking for tax preparation help and quote. No response. Called then. Mark told that he don't give quotes. I asked him how we can move forward with my tax preparation or how he can help to accomplish this. He was so unprofessional and told that "go figure" at H&R block (no joke!). He said that he is busy with a client and call back. Never. Emailed him again, his response: way too busy. sorry. Never came in contact with such an unprofessional, rude, sarcastic, unresponsive person. Good luck with your client Mr. Donohue! No job is too small and you can be little nice to people"
