"The venue is cute, and has beautiful views. I was disappointed when I arrived that tables were not set up and the venue was disgusting from the night before. I think if you have to include setup and cleanup in the cost, the venue should be ready when you arrive. Also the refrigerator had an abnormal amount of condensation so it was dripping into the food I had, which was odd. I lost twenty minutes of setup that I paid for which leaves me feeling like I would not use this venue again."

"I hosted a bridal shower at the McFadden Hall at Onset Bay Center and easily rate the location at 5 stars. The view itself is phenomenal and the function space is wonderful - bright, airy, and open with a nautical theme decor. The staff is excellent to work with and made sure we had everything needed before and during the event. The price was very reasonable and it was so helpful to have a kitchen and refrigeration on site. Many guests complimented the location. I would hold another event here in a heartbeat."

"I took my teenage daughter and her friend on the "experience sailing" adventure. We gathered at the Onset Bay Center and taken out to the sailboat. There were 8 of us aside from the captain and we had plenty of room. We sailed for an hour and then was taken back to the Center. We had just enough wind for a very pleasant sail. Enjoyed our crew and especially the friendly and experienced captain. It was very affordable and fun. We would with out a doubt do it again!"

"We cannot say enough wonderful things about the Onset Bay Center! First, thank you to the BBC for restoring the bathhouse and bringing it back to life. It really shines now and is a huge improvement to the Onset Village community. Angie and Stuart at the OBC, thank you for being wonderful to work with. Clear communication, helpful and so kind. The center itself is absolutely stunning. It’s located right on Onset Beach for those not familiar with the area. There is plenty of parking on the pier, and nearby streets. The interior is coastal and beautiful. You walk into a breathtaking view of the entire bay. The floor to ceiling windows completely sell it! The inside has an open high ceiling, nautical flag decor, nautical maps and some history on the property. Anything can be taken down for your event, but we chose leave everything because we love the coastal vibe and we appreciate the history. There’s a kitchen as well - mainly for storage, refrigeration and prep of any sort. Great restroom facilities too. The space is quite large - you could fit many tables (which the OBC has many for use) and dancing but we had such a gorgeous day that we all remained outdoors. Outside there’s a small patio just a step up from the sand, where we had a small bar set up, as well as a steel drum soloist (locally famous Dave Valerio!). We enjoyed taking photos on the nearby dock, as well as on the beach. Everything was just perfect, including the weather, which we know can be questionable! The center is a hidden gem. Thank you to the OBC and the staff for making our coastal wedding dreams come true!"
