"Wow what a place! Dog friendly! Spacious patio.. Delicious food! My whole family enjoyed everything from pulled pork tacos, kids mac n cheese, burger, wings and oriental salad! Our server was wonderful and live music was great. You could still hold a conversation while enjoying music. Definitely recommend!"

"Ordered the grilled chicken pita lunch special. This was the result aftet picking up one half. Bre the manager offered 50% off the sandwich only as the other half hadn't fallen apart yet. Something about company policy. Horrible service and even worse shredded mystery meat."

"Went here before going to an event in the area. My sister and I just weren't a fan. Service was poor and incredibly slow but we didn't mind, we had time and they were clearly understaffed. The food just wasn't good. My food was overly salty and my sister's was very bland. French fries were hot but not crispy or soggy... weirdly chewy. Paid $9 for 3 fried oreos that sucked. They aren't the battered kind like you get at fairs, they're wrapped in a dough and all mush inside. They charge for side sauces here as well which I found amusing as I've just never seen that before outside of fast food."

"Great selection of really solid New England beers. We only had the pretzel bites but they were great. Deff a cool spot and would Love to go back during the summer months to enjoy their outdoor space."

"Smuttynose is the perfect place to catch up with friends over beers and bar food. The location is a short drive away from the downtown hustle and bustle. During the warmer months, we love the outside seating and live music. Our most recent visit was inside but very cozy and surprisingly quiet. The beer menu is large and constantly changing. The restaurant also has an extensive cocktail list for non-beer drinkers. The Golden Hour was delicious and brought the heat. As for the food, it is sometimes hit or miss. During this visit, I enjoyed their everything bagel seasoned pretzel bites with beer cheese. In the past, we have enjoyed their salad selection. The taco entree I ordered was okay. The pork was tender and cooked perfectly whereas, the chicken taco was dry. Overall I would stick with their appetizer and drink selection."
