"Chose this firm to do my taxes this year and am now receiving letters from the IRS with penalties and fees. Why? The woman in the office today blamed me, said I must have given someone incorrect info. No lady, I most certainly did not. She then told me the Vermont Homestead doesn't apply to me, as I was not a home owner. Wrong again. After pointing out that blaming the client was a poor practice, she begrudgingly apologised. I am on my own dealing with the IRS and the state, she had no interest in helping me figure out how to go forward. I am an extremely unimpressed former client."
