"2019. Very unhappy with the service I received. The front desk was always very nice, and professional. However, Dorothy Grabowski the agent I worked with was not. After my taxes were filed I had a few questions for her about my return. I had a friend who is also an agent do them as well and he had gotten a different amount then she did. When I asked her why that might be she became very defensive and rude. She told me “your Friend doesn’t know what he’s doing”. I then went on to tell her I also did it through turbo tax to see if in the future I could maybe do them myself and also received a different amount then she did. She went on to tell me that turbo tax is a “fraudulent company” she also stated that If I were to refile with them that I to would be “committing fraud”. I am shocked by how unprofessional she was. If you are looking for someone who is professional DO NOT have DOROTHY GRABOWSKI do your taxes. UPDATE 2020 I had my taxes done by a different company this year who also looked at my return from last year. My taxes done by Dorothy Last year were in fact done wrong and I had to pay more to refile them correctly."
