"Kicked my friend out (who has difficulty hearing) on a crowded night with no explanation. After 5 minutes of standing outside dumbfounded we figured the bartender must have thought he was hammered. Funny because my friend has never had a sip of alcohol in his entire life and ordered a water. Feel free to stop by if you want to be treated like dirt by a bartender with an ego problem who uses “been doing this for a long time” as an excuse to be completely incorrect."
"Prices are excellent, but it is CASH ONLY (atm on site). This is not a typical "undergraduate bar" - very different atmosphere, and this environment is protected. This place is great if you're looking for something casual for small groups to hangout. My favorite bar in Amherst though."

"One of the only bars left where you can smoke inside. This is a huge plus for some, a huge negative for others. Come at your own risk. It's a super laid-back vibe. Very different from the bars in town that cater to the college crowd. This crowd is older, local, full of character."
