"Tried this place tonight and the food was pretty good. Definitely overpriced, but still tasty. The issue was the service. When we got there, our server was rude when my partner asked if it was happy hour, responding, "I don't know, what time is it?" After we ordered, the food arrived quickly and was not delivered by our server, which isn't uncommon at Mexican establishments. The server stopped by immediately afterwards and basically grunted at us, "Everything okay?" We responded we were good and that was the last time we saw him until we had find him for our bill. He never checked in to see if we needed anything else and he was generally unpleasant during what little interaction we had with him. Sat there for almost 30 minutes after we were done our meals waiting for him so we could leave. When we finally got to ask him for the bill, he didn't even acknowledge that we had been waiting a really long time. I do not recommend this place and we will not be back."

"It was an early Monday night in late October. Very quiet, as to be expected at 6 pm. Nice decor. Danny, our waiter was friendly and relaxed. Monday is $6.00 Margaritas. Chips and salsa plentiful. My ‘Texas’ Fajita came out sizzling hot in a cast iron skillet and was filled with chicken, beef, shrimp and veggies. 4 flour tortillas were encased in foil. The side was refried beans, guacamole, lettuce, sour cream and grated cheese. It looked so good but had no seasoning, darn it, not even salt. My co-diner had the Quesadilla which was also so uninteresting. Have you ever heard of cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder and a shot of cayenne? I would like to return. They were so nice and upon exiting, there was a jar of Andes mint candies. Please ramp it up, we are not just your average gringos."

"Happy I decided to finally come. It’s very good. Dishes have deep layers of flavor without being salt bombs. Menu is varied, big and covers a lot of ground. The value is excellent as well. I was a little worried after seeing the drink prices, but the two of us ate for $67 with two cocktails and meals. Couldn’t finish my plate. Superb!"

"Everybody needs to come to Los Cantaros!! The atmosphere is great, the servers are always so attentive and friendly. The food is high quality and is always delicious. We love it every time we come!! Prices are fantastic, especially for the generous proportions. This past time we went, our server Adriana was so freindly and accommodating. She worked with the owner, Jorge (that happened to be tending bar) to make us a specialty drink that wasn't on the regular menu. We couldn't be happier with this restaurant and will continue coming here and telling everyone we know to do the same. Thank you to all the great people/staff that always keep us coming back time and time again!!!"
