"I am a frequent traveler whether it be through the armed forces or for leisure and I can say without a doubt that this is one of my favorite lounges. Always fresh food, very clean, good ambiance, good drinks, and amazing service! Specifically these past few times, I have enjoyed the hospitality that Sarah (hostess, bartender, all the above) gives to her customers! She is absolutely amazing and super kind and personable! It is very refreshing especially after spending hours in the airport!"

"The staff in this lounge were so kind. The food was excellent. Rich and Symphainy (what a cool and beautiful name, btw) we’re so helpful and just had a great energy and we’re amazing with my kids (two boys!).we saw other families as well which shows it’s a family friendly lounge! The lounge is spacious, but not too big and crowded. If you ever have the opportunity to treat yourself to this lounge I HIGHLY suggest you take the chance. It’s so worth it."

"Really nice lounge. Although we had to wait a few minutes for someone to come check us in, everything else was great! Good food, nice coffee machine, great bar, snacks... Even posted allergy notices on the food. Staff was very friendly and seating was nice. Recommended if you're at PVD!"
