"Good one . First time at this location and might I say, I’m pleasantly impressed with how delicious my burrito bowl was prepared. The guacamole was fresh . I ordered via., grub-hub pickup and got my bowl within scheduled time . Food was Excellent! The staff are helpful and responded quickly .Little busy in lunch times but no there’s wait time! Thanks n superb!"

"Ordered on doordash. They missed a bag of chips from chips and guacamole, and ordered chocolate milk and got regular milk. Quesadilla was depressing. No wonder this branch has 2 stars. Terrible, considering the amount i paid."

"I have never gotten a burrito here that wasn't overstuffed and horrendously sloppy. The ingredients are always in big pockets inside and they put way too much rice and beans in. Just terrible quality control all around. Look at this burrito! It's almost as girthy as the bag it came in! How am I supposed to eat this??"

"Staffed with teenagers who ignore you and mangle your dinner if you order through the app. Never seems to have a grown up working there. Closed randomly at 5:30 when they’re supposed to be open til 8. I LOVE Chipotle and I was so excited to have a location so close to home since the other options are super far away on the Needham line or in Waltham, but this one is so disappointing. I submitted a complaint through the website after my last app order (see photo) and got a really nice apology email and a free entree. Tried to use it today for dinner and the back door was locked, which means they were closed. This Chipotle bums me out. I used to live near the Mansfield location and it was amazing. I really want to like this location because some of the kids who work there are pretty decent, but a few nice kids don’t make up for a generally bad experience every time I go."
