"If I could give negative I would the staff was so rude I got to the front of the line ordered two kids tacos and two burrito bowls and they never asked me what I wanted just looked at me I told them what I wanted and they literally had to of counted how many pieces of steak was on my bowl Which I counted with them it was 7 not even a full scoop I got to the cashiers and they had no idea what was going on and told me I had to get back in line for the tacos I ordered. I just told them to forget the tacos and they just didn’t care!!! Unbelievable Do better"

"First time here at this location. 11:30 am they were already out of many items. The place is filthy filthy filthy!! And to make matters worse, there were no trash barrels anywhere!! People were leaving their leftovers on top where the barrels should have been! Disgusting!!! I will never return!"

"Ugh. I eat at this Chipotle semi regularly but I’m going to stop after this last time. It’s just not worth it…all Chipotles are different but this location needs help. They CONSISTENTLY don’t have fajita veggies or other ingredients, they have a super weird schedule (closed on Thursdays), the inside is never clean, and this last time, I walked in and they were only doing online orders. So there were just 10+ people standing around and waiting for their food. It’s a hot mess…it seems like there are no adults anywhere - just teenagers running the place. The Chipotle on Mineral Springs in Providence is 100000% better."

"I recently made an online order that this location. While waiting for my online order to be finish since i was early, i come to realize that there was only one person really working. His name is Gerald, he was making the food for the line but also helping with the online orders. His shift was supposed to end at 3pm. But nobody had shown up to take his place and his fellow co workers left him all by himself. I hope someone comes to relieve him. But it doesn’t sound promising. This man deserves a raise!"

"First time eating there since they reopened. I should have had McDonald's. Place was a mess tables not cleaned trash overflowing and counters all messy. Soda machine out of all products beside flat coke and one keeps staying on ??? This place all done in my eyes. All teenagers running the place no adult manager on site."
