"I never heard of a "pub" in a relatively busy area that closes at 11PM on Friday and Saturday. They close at 9PM other nights. What is the point?"

"I love that there's an eatery open in this venue and I appreciate the vibe they're trying for. I was a bit disappointed with the overall experience though. We walked in on a lark, looking for supper, and got seated immediately. It was karaoke night (and maybe open mic?) and the energy in the room was good, but the volume was way too loud for the space. I also found the menu to be a bit uninspired. I had the corned beef sammie, and the rye bread was possibly the best rye bread I've ever had, but overall the rest of the meal didn't wow me. The chips were good but, well, they're chips. And I had the pasta salad as a side, which was both tiny and ho-hum. I also tried the rusdt beef au jus, which was way overcooked. The potato salad was ok, but that's not a dish to write home about. And the portion was small. I 100% would be willing to chalk this up as a mismatch between what I was hoping it would be and what it really is, and I don't feel it does Bratt any good for me to down on a local establishment. I want to see this place succeed and, judging by the crowd that was piling up as we left, I think there's a following for the spot, which I'm happy to see. It wasn't exactly my cuppa, but if your niche is an open space with simple sammies and salads, and a spot for live music, swing in and find your happiness!"

"Food was absolutely spectacular. The soup perfect flavors. Service and staff incredibly nice, you can’t ask for anything better. Cannot wait to come back and enjoy another bite to at this wonderful establishment"
