"I ordered a burrito and 2 soft tacos, it took over 20 minutes to get my food. People that ordered after me got their food first. They weren't even close to actually being busy. No apology for the length of the wait, nothing. Asked a girl behind the counter what was taking so long, she looked me right in the eyes, then just walked away and said nothing"
"Very busy but seemed short staffed. The guys were working hard, nonstop, but regardless, it was a long wait, and food felt rushed. They had about 10 cars in the drive-through, too. The staff was nice and paid attention. It just seemed like they had too many customers and not enough people to handle the flow. May want to consider extra staff for a weekend evening shift to help manage the amount fo traffic coming through. Dining area was clean and stocked. Bathrooms were also clean. Overall it wasn't bad, just took a while."
"Had a great experience in the drive through, and I had placed an order on the mobile app too, which seemed to work just fine. They gave me plenty of sauce packets too which I appreciated. With Taco Bell you need to order more food than you think you need though to feel full. Everything is tiny! When I got home things were still somehow warm. Recommend the burrito and tacos. Chips are not worth it, the cheese is superficial. Don’t get the chicken chipotle melt."
"Honestly confused, service here seemed to be improving, but I have stopped here 2x in the past week and both times there has been issues with the order. I always order a cheesy gordita with no lettuce. When I was there 3 days ago it came out to us with lettuce so i had it adjusted while i was there. Tonight i checked to see that there was no lettuce before we left (which there wasnt) but when I got home this is what it looks like. Barely any beef inside at all. I'm honestly disappointed almost every time I go here."
"THE ABSOLUTE WORSE TACO BELL EVER!! I have lived in Clifton Park for 4 years and eaten alteast 10 times in this location.. I wish I could rate 0!! Never have i placed a negative review for any establishment. But after Soooo many failed and really really poor meals. I just had to.. this is the ONLY way I have to express my utter dissatisfaction with this terrible franchise location. Always missing items, terrible cold, stale and mediocre made food . Just absolutely terrible.. If you don't like sour cream, cheese, beans, warm and quality food! This is the spot!!"
