"The restaurant was empty of customers when we arrived and there were three employees behind the counter but only one seemed to be working. And he appeared to be stoned. They were out of beef and chicken and a few other items at only 4 in the afternoon. They had no meat before the dinner rush? But the worst part was the dirtiness of the dining room. Every booth was dirty. I actually used a baby wipe to clean the table we ended up sitting at. The trash was literally overflowing the cans. Even the baby high chair was covered in sauces and sticky food and had to be wiped down before I could use it."

"They’ve got to get someone from corporate to help this place out. Possibly the worst chain location of a restaurant ever. I don’t blame the manager and I don’t blame the employees, who are nothing but kind, but something is wrong here. I don’t know if it’s a staffing issue, but I consistently end up waiting 30min after my mobile pick up time. The manager and employees are always scrambling, and I don’t think I’ve seen the same person twice. Some poor kid was clocking in at 7:15 and he wasn’t even trained yet. The manager seemed stressed out of her mind. One employee was working the line while another was trying to a clean tables. Food was screwed up too but she had to write my order on a scrap paper because the system deleted my mobile order. Again, I don’t blame the employees, but I’ll never go to this location again."

"Food didn't have much flavor. Staff wasn't very friendly. Overall place was clean and stocked but this definitely was not my favorite place especially for the price. We spent $32 for nachos, a burrito bowl and we split a drink."
