"Ricardo was very unprofessional and lacked the basic information to complete my return. I had both business and a personal return. He asked inappropriate questions and made me return 2 different occasions. After spending 1hr with him and wasting my time he decided he didn't know how to do the business portion and told me to make an appointment with a business person. Completely unprofessional knowing from the beginning he didn't know what to do. He basically made sure he could get the credit instead of just referring me from the beginning and not making me go place to place with my child. I will say the only way I will com back is when I see adrina at talbot ave who was awesome and extremely helpful and actually did my entire return over and checked it for mistakes. She took her time and was very professional. I'm thankful to her."

I contact my local location to get assistance and of course they couldn’t help. How embarrassing that it make sense why we have no Representation. Customer service needs serious help.
