"My husband and I set up and appointment for noon. Showed up a few mins early and Chris the receptionist says Patrice is running a few mins behind and to have a seat. We wait for another half hour and Chris approaches us to say he tried calling twice, as we say we never got any calls he proceeds to laugh and say that’s besides the point, do you want to come back at 2 or 4? No thank you. Why would you not say anything when we walked in? What a very grumpy and unprofessional receptionist. Would give zero stars if I could."

"Phil Robinson is a true pro in the Hanover, MA location. He helped me understand my tax situation and was extremely flexible as well as kind during the process. He totally fixed my tax issues from one year to the next. Amazing!"

"Do not file your taxes with Larry Housighton. He filed my taxes incorrectly putting down wrong information and now I have to pay more on my taxes. Furthermore do not file with this H&R Block because they couldn’t even find or send me the copy of my tax returns. First time using H&R Block and I had a horrible experience. Now Larry is off for the season and I can’t get a hold of him to understand what happened. Now I have to pay someone else to fix this “professional’s” mistake. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Too much of a headache. Too disorganized over here. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this experience. I would rate zero if I could."
