"Had lots of problems trying to reach someone to help me find out why my taxes were on hold. Finally, after six phone calls with no luck, I drove to the office. The tax preparer told me that he had tried to call me, which is not truthful. He had other ways to reach me & did not reach out via text or email. I had dropped the relevant documents off & was told I would get half off as they had a special. I was then told I was no longer eligible for the deal because it had expired. I explained that this was their error as no one had reached out but to no avail. Very dissatisfied!"

"Quick, Easy & super convenient hours! My tax preparer was very knowledgeable, kind and fast! They are a little on the pricey side, but that being said this is only my second year doing my taxes, before my husband always took care of it. So I can't compare their prices to any other tax preparer out there. But to me it doesn't matter as long as I have a professional do my taxes and I don't have to later deal with the IRS and I had them take it right out of my refund!! I will be back again next year."
