H&R Block

"I had an appointment with Danielle Federick, I went to the office in Weymouth, only to find that she doesn’t work there anymore. Had to drive to Rockland. On arrival to Rockland office the lady named Natasha trued to help me. She told me she couldn’t take me since I was late by over 15 mins. She suggested I drop off my documents with her for Danielle to do later. So asked her if it’s guaranteed if my documents will be completed by the end of the day tomorrow before deadline. She then told me if not completed they will be sent to Weymouth office. There was another lady who called herself a manager of the office. Rude is understatement, she was so condescending and her body language was awful! I have never been treated like that in my life. I felt so little in that office. I told them to cancel my appointment and I took my business elsewhere!!! I have been doing my taxes with H&R Block and never experienced such horrible experience"

"Just walked out of my appointment my preparer was a man named Raymond. Did not seem to be present and kept saying and repeating things that seemed he forgot he had said minutes before. In making the appointment i specified i hadnt filed in several years i had hoped i would be trusting my taxes to someone more qualified."
