"Made an appointment. Got confirmation in an email, and text. Someone even called me to confirm. I told her I will be there. Got there 10 minutes before my appointment and the place was completely dark. It was closed. On the door it said it they closed at 5. Yet it let me make my appointment for 530. If that's the case why didn't the person who called me to confirm my appointment tell me that? So I made my appointment for the next day which is today. Got confirmation. Got there early again and they were closed again. Ridiculous"

They act like they are doing you a favor. And they want $500 for this type of ignorance. Wish I could rate zero stars."
