"I have had the worse experience. I was lied to which I hate. I have waited weeks for them to do a relatively simple tax return. I get lip service with a so far inability to handle my tax form which is a simple fix. No confidence in this office."

"unprofessional to say the least got a rookie to sit us down to file he could not comprehend that when we lived in NV there is no state income tax. they made us leave our info for 1 week for a manager to go over after all that she told us she reviewed and we would be getting $3500 refund. They also informed us to file my daughter as a dependent witch I did not see why where she is over 18 but they insisted it is possible. Now The IRS is rejecting my refund and wants me and my wife to pay instead of getting a refund. So instead of receiving $3500 I now have to pay $700. What a joke!!!!!! don't waste your money with these amateurs they are a waste of time and the $300 I paid to have my taxes done. Never Again!!! to top it off they leave this automated lame response to call which I did and they were going to review my taxes and get back to me and I have not heard anything. Unprofessional Amateurs after over 20 years of going to H&R I will never give them the time of day again"

"My tax pro was very nice. He got me my full refund and then some. Only bad experience was the lady named Tanya that worked in the front, extremely rude, I’m vaccinated and no where on the door did it say I needed my mask inside , she almost tried to force me to get a mask, . Can’t have a greeter or w e she is think she’s president"

"They have had my taxes for over a week, they called me and left a message to call back , when I called back they had no idea why someone called me or who called me because they never left there name, I went there, no one knew where my taxes where, they told me they would call within 24 hours, they never did , I called them, they told me to call back in anhour, , I called an hour later and they were closed!!!! Im so done with the lack of communication and unprofessionalism!!!"
